What success looks like
- For mentees: clearer career direction, stronger professional skills, and the confidence that comes from being taken seriously by someone who's been there.
- For mentors: a meaningful, well-supported way to give back — with training, structure, and a community of fellow mentors.
- For communities: new networks where none existed — connections between young talent and the professional world that outlast any single program cycle.

Long-term outcomes
Education and employment milestones, tracked over years with alumni who opt in.
We'll publish an annual summary of what we find — including what isn't working. Accountability is part of the design.
