What we ask of mentors

Consistency matters more than volume. Showing up reliably is the whole game.
Screening & verification
Identity verification, reference checks, and background screening for mentors working with minors. Non-negotiable.
Our code of conduct
Clear boundaries, safeguarding training, and a commitment to treat every mentee with respect.
